Meet Allison

After working in marketing & government relations at several nonprofit organizations & a social enterprise in Washington, DC, Allison relocated to Richmond in 2013 to escape the Beltway. She jumped into real estate as the business manager for a team and obtained her real estate license in 2014. Over the last ten years, Allison has held every role that someone could hold in the real estate profession- marketing director, listing specialist, client care coordinator, team agent, & solo sales agent. 

In 2022, she obtained her Virginia Broker license and opened Summit Properties RVA, LLC, an independently owned real estate brokerage.

Allison lives south of the James with her husband, son, daughter, & 2 dogs. When she's not selling real estate or hanging with her family, Allison can we found working on her Airbnb property in Cherry Grove Beach, SC, visiting theme parks, enjoying coffee or cocktails, listening to audiobooks, cooking, or planning her next trip.
